Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all Arete Studios tags attached to ensure the product remains protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
